What is the A.A League?

The A.A League is our loyalty program that unlocks access to exclusive AJE ATHLETICA offers, rewards, and experiences including birthday vouchers, shipping discounts, gifts with purchase and more.

How does the A.A League work?

Our loyalty program offers you an opportunity to score A.A League points on all purchases in-store and via our online store. It also allows you to earn points for completing non-transactional actions, such as following us on Instagram or leaving a review. There are four loyalty levels within the program and the number of points you have determines your level, gaining you access to exclusive benefits and rewards, with both increasing as you move up the levels. 

In short — the more points you have, the more rewards you get.

How do I join the A.A League?

If you are a new customer, you are able to join the program in-store or online here. If you are an existing customer, you will have received an email asking you to opt in. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Care team here.

How do I earn points?

There are a number of ways you can earn points. Earn 1 point for every $1 AUD spent in-store or via our online store, including the value of shipping, taxes or duty fees paid. You can also earn 10 points for creating an account in-store or via our online store, 10 points for following us on Instagram, 10 points for following us on TikTok, 10 points for leaving a review with a photo, 10 points for referring a friend, 5 points on your birthday and 5 points for signing up to our SMS list. Points are issued after an order has been fulfilled, and any returned items will result in points being deducted. Please kindly note, points cannot be redeemed on gift card purchases. For any existing customers who opt into The A.A League, points will reflect their last 12 months of purchases.

How do I check my A.A League tier status, points balance and available rewards?

You can check your level status, points balance and available rewards at any time in-store or by logging into your online account and navigating to our Rewards page. 

What can I do with my A.A League points?

I have just made a purchase, but my points and spend haven’t been updated?

Points are issued after an order has been fulfilled, and any returned items will result in points being deducted. Please kindly note, points cannot be redeemed on gift card purchases. For any existing customers who opt into The A.A League, points will reflect their previous 12 months of purchases.

What happens to my points when I return or cancel an order?

Any cancelled orders will not accrue A.A League points, and points will be deducted from the account upon any returned orders.

When do my A.A League points expire?

Your level status is reviewed and refreshed annually. Points will expire 12 months after the date of purchase. Throughout this 12-month period, your spend will dictate if you remain on your level, or move up or down.

How long will I remain in each tier?

Your level status is reviewed and refreshed annually. Points will expire 12 months after the date of purchase. Throughout this 12-month period, your spend will determine if you stay on your level, or move up or down. If you move up a level within that 12 months, your points expiry date will be reset to 12 months from the date you moved to the next level. If you do not accrue the minimum points for your level within 12 months, your status will drop to the level below it.

What are my A.A League rewards?

Why do I already have A.A League points?

If you are an existing AJE ATHLETICA customer, we have awarded you points based on your last 12 months of purchases. If you are a new customer who has just signed up to the A.A League, we have awarded you 10 points as a gift for joining.

I already have an online account, but don't have any points?

If you have an existing online account but don’t have any A.A League points, it will likely be due to no purchases being made at AJE ATHLETICA within the last 12 months from February 1st 2024. If you think this could be due to an error or have any queries regarding your purchase history, please contact our Customer Care team.

Can I use my A.A League rewards in store?

Absolutely. Any birthday, welcome, anniversary or refer-a-friend vouchers can be used in-store or online.

How does refer a friend work?

You can refer a friend via our Rewards page. After your referred friend makes a purchase online or in-store using the code they will receive, both you and your friend will be rewarded with a $30 AUD voucher to use in-store or online. Please note that referrals are only valid if the referred friend is a first-time AJE ATHLETICA shopper.

What if I want to delete my A.A League collector account or opt out of the program?
