Where is the Warehouse Sale venue?

The Venue, 55 Doody Street Alexandria NSW 2015.

Is the Warehouse Sale available online or can I make an order over the phone?

The Warehouse Sale is only available in person at The Venue, Alexandria. No online or over the phone orders can be made and there will be no phone line access at the venue during the sale period.

Do Aje or Aje Athletica’s offer returns on items included within the Warehouse Sale?

All items purchased at the Warehouse Sale are final sale and are not eligible for return, store credit or exchange. All faulty items will be marked.

How can I access my receipt?

All customers will receive a receipt at the point of purchase. If you do not choose to receive a receipt at the time of purchase or you lose your receipt, we will be unable to retrospectively send a copy to you.

If I purchased an item before the sale and it is now discounted, can I have a refund for the additional spend?

No, this offer is not available on previously purchased items.

Can I use the sign up welcome code or any other discount codes on items included in the Warehouse Sale?

No, welcome codes and discount codes cannot be applied to Warehouse Sale purchases.

Can I check the availability of an item, or if an item has sold out, can I purchase it elsewhere at the discounted price?

All items in our Warehouse Sale are available only while stocks last. Prices are valid at the Warehouse Sale during the sale dates only.

Can I place items on hold?

No.

Will you have bags at the warehouse sale?

To help us minimise waste, we invite you to bring your own shopping bag to the Aje Warehouse Sale.

Can I pay with cash?

No, this is a CARD ONLY event and we will not be accepting cash.
